Le tajine aux navets amers (laft mahfour) est un classique de la cuisine marocaine, surtout préparé en hiver. Dans les villes impériales, il est agrémenté d'olives et de citrons confits. Un délice!

This classical dish of Moroccan cuisine is made with beef and bitter turnips, called in darija ''laft mahfour''. It is mostly prepared in winter. In the imperial cities, a few olives and a few pieces of preserved lemons are added to this tajine.
